Refund policy
Refunds:
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not thrilled when you receive it, please return it to us. We will be happy to find your handbag another home. We unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund for shipping costs, but happy to work with you depending on the situation.
Please take action within 15 days of receipt. We will accept refunds up to 30 days from the original order date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exceptions: Any item sold via clearance sale, is not eligible for returns if received by you in good condition.
To complete your return:
1) Notify us by emailing us at info@eastportclothing.com So we can improve, please include the reason for your return.
2) Send your purse back to us with information about your original purchase. If we receive your email, we are happy to send you a return label.

Note: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not returnable.
Refund details:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items -
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@eastportclothing.com and send your item to: 600 Sixth St Annapolis Maryland US 21403.
Gifts:
If you received this item as a gift, please contact us at info@eastportclothing.com with the reason for your return to determine the appropriate next steps.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs unfortunately are not refundable. When you return the item to us, we recommend you use USPS or UPS tracking services so you can ensure your return made it to us.
